Job Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Travel Associate with 1–3 years of experience in the travel/hospitality industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer travel requirements, coordinating bookings, and ensuring a smooth travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries and travel requirements.
- Manage travel bookings, reservations, and itinerary coordination.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and travel partners.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain booking records and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements:





- 1–3 years of relevant travel/hospitality experience.
- Hotel Management / Hospitality background preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Solid coordination and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of travel bookings and reservations.
- We need 2023 - 2026 graduate preferred .
