Role And Responsibilities

- Advise clients on domestic & international travel options.
- Create customized itineraries based on client needs and budgets.
- Handle flight, hotel, transfer & holiday package bookings.
- Manage amendments, cancellations and reservation follow-ups.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs and travel partners.
- Provide excellent customer service from enquiry to post-travel support.
- Maintain accurate booking records, confirmations & documentation.

Key Skills

- Strong communication & customer-handling skills
- Travel planning & itinerary management
- Knowledge of flight/hotel reservations
- Basic understanding of fares & routing
- GDS / travel booking platform knowledge is an advantage
