About Travel Kitty We're recruiting our first cohort of tour development partners across India. This role is central to that — building real relationships with travel businesses and bringing them onto the Travel Kitty platform.

Key Responsibility Areas • Identify, visit, and pitch prospective tour development partners, working from research lists and building your own

- Close partnership agreements on Travel Kitty's standard commercial terms
- Manage the onboarding process for current partners — trip finalization, cost/commercial close-out, and explaining how the partner-facing portal and operations work




- Coordinate with our research team and external partner-sourcing consultants to prioritize outreach
- Report progress and partner feedback directly to founders on a regular cadence

Qualifications & Experience • 2–4 years in B2B sales, channel partnerships, or business development — travel/hospitality industry experience strongly preferred

- Comfortable with regular local and regional travel to meet prospective partners in person
- Strong in-person relationship-building and negotiation skills
- MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or Travel & Tourism Management
