Candidate Expectations 15–17+ years of overall professional experience, with substantial experience in the BPO/outsourcing industry.

Minimum 7–8 years of solid transition management experience with demonstrated ownership of complex transitions.

Mandatory experience working with a leading international BPO / global outsourcing organization.

Strong experience in end-to-end transition management, preferably across multiple processes, geographies and/or locations.

Proven experience in managing multiple transitions simultaneously.

Strong project/program management experience at a managerial or senior-management level within an outsourcing environment.

Detailed Lead end-to-end transition programs from initial planning and solution design through execution, migration, stabilization and handover to operations.

Develop detailed transition plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resource plans, governance structures and risk mitigation strategies.

Ensure successful execution of transitions within agreed timelines,



quality parameters and business objectives.

Manage multiple transitions/programs concurrently, ensuring effective prioritization and resource allocation.

Act as a Transition expert during client solutioning, due diligence, transition planning and process re-engineering initiatives.

Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define transition strategy, scope, deliverables, milestones and success criteria.

Lead transition governance with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership teams.

Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, escalations and change requests throughout the transition lifecycle.

Ensure appropriate knowledge transfer, documentation, process readiness, resource readiness and operational preparedness before go-live.

Monitor transition performance against agreed KPIs, SLAs, milestones and project plans and take corrective action where required.

Drive process improvement, standardization and re-engineering opportunities as part of transition and transformation initiatives.
