Role & Responsibilities

- Assist clients with visa application documentation and processes
- Follow up with clients and maintain proper records
- Coordinate appointment bookings and document requirements
- Support the team with day-to-day visa application work
- Learn and follow our internal visa application procedures
- Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone and other channels
- Communicate with clients professionally and understand their requirements

What We’re Looking For
- Laptop and smartphone required
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory
- Good communication and customer-interaction skills
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Google Drive/Documents, Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications
- Previous visa/immigration experience is not mandatory
- Basic knowledge of visa applications is preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to learn and undergo training
- Positive attention to detail — visa applications involve important documents
- Good English communication skills
- Must be reliable, and committed
