Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Telesales Specialist role, working on the USA Night Shift .

The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for connecting with customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable solutions, handling objections, and closing sales .

This is a target-driven sales role where successful candidates will be expected to consistently achieve individual sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer experience, quality, and process compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Make and receive customer calls as per the assigned campaign and process.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Effectively communicate product benefits, pricing, terms, and available offers.
- Handle customer objections and concerns professionally.
- Close sales and achieve individual daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Follow up with customers and convert eligible opportunities into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
- Follow approved sales scripts, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain required standards of conversion, productivity, quality, and customer experience .
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, referrals, and repeat business where applicable.
- Participate in coaching, training, call reviews, and performance improvement activities.




- Ensure every customer interaction is handled professionally and ethically.

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, International Sales, Contact Centre, or Customer Acquisition preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills .
- Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and computer applications .
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Willingness to work in a night shift aligned with USA business hours .
- Comfortable working on-site from office .
