About the Role

Kripa Home Solutions is hiring Telesales Executives for our Kochi operations.

We are looking for confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individuals who enjoy communicating with people and have an interest in sales.

Key Responsibilities

▪︎ Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads.

▪︎ Explain Kripa Home Solutions' products and services to customers.

▪︎ Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.

▪︎ Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.

▪︎ Maintain regular communication with customers.





▪︎ Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

▪︎ Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

▪︎ Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

▪︎ Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer follow-up.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
