Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Lucknow. The Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing clients, provide information about Orvix Space’s services, and answer basic queries related to interior design and architecture offerings.

Daily responsibilities include explaining service packages, capturing client requirements, scheduling appointments or consultations for the design team, and updating call logs and lead details in the company’s records. The role also involves following up on leads, confirming site visits, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining a professional,



courteous communication style at all times. Telecallers are expected to meet call and conversion targets while contributing to a positive client experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong verbal communication, active listening, and explicit articulation skills.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills, including empathy, patience, and the ability to handle queries and concerns professionally.
- Candidates should possess basic sales and persuasion skills, such as lead follow-up, objection handling, and conversion-focused conversation.
- Candidates should possess organizational skills, including accurate record-keeping, call documentation, and time management.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with phone systems and basic computer skills (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or lead-tracking tools).
- Candidates should possess a professional telephone etiquette and a courteous, client-focused approach.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or inside sales is beneficial, especially in interior design, real estate, or related domains.
- Candidates should possess at least a high school diploma; a degree in business, communications, or a related field is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Lucknow and collaborate effectively with design and sales teams.
