Telecaller / Telesales & Recruitment Executive

Location: Remote | Job Type: Full time

Salary: ₹8,000–₹12,000 fixed + Incentives

Timings: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM

We are looking for a confident and energetic telecaller to handle customer sales calls, inquiry calls, lead follow-ups, and candidate recruitment calls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Explain products/services and follow up with customers.
- Call candidates for hiring and explain job opportunities.
- Screen candidates and schedule interviews.
- Maintain call and follow-up records.
- Achieve assigned sales and recruitment targets.

Requirements:

- Good Hindi & English communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable on calls.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Compensation: ₹8,000–₹12,000 is the fixed/base salary, with additional performance-based incentives for sales. Interested candidates can apply or share the CV at +91 (phone hidden).
