PurpleBits is a Gujarat-based healthcare IT company with 15 years of experience and 250 hospitals served across India. Our flagship product, PurpleIPD, is an ABDM-certified, tablet-based inpatient documentation system that helps hospitals go paperless, improve documentation quality, and stay compliant with national digital health standards.

The Role

We're looking for a confident, articulate telecaller to be the first point of contact with hospitals, nursing homes, and clinics. You will reach out to prospects, introduce PurpleIPD, and set up meetings and demos for our field sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound calling: Call hospitals, nursing homes, and clinics from provided and self-researched lists to introduce PurpleIPD.

- Lead qualification: Gather key details such as bed count, decision-makers, current documentation practices, and interest in digital systems.

- Appointment setting: Schedule meetings and product demos for the field sales executives.

- Follow-ups: Follow up with interested prospects by call, WhatsApp, and email.

- Data management: Record every call, outcome,



and next step accurately in the CRM/tracker.

- Feedback: Share common objections and prospect feedback with the sales team.

- Targets: Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and demos booked.

Must-Have
- Excellent spoken communication in English and Hindi, with a clear, polite, and confident phone manner.

- Ability to speak professionally with doctors, hospital owners, and administrators.

- Positive listening and objection-handling skills.

- Comfort with repetitive calling, targets, and a follow-up routine.

- Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets, email, CRM).

Good to Have
- Prior experience in tele-calling or telesales, ideally in healthcare, pharma, medical devices, or software.

- Familiarity with hospital operations or healthcare terminology.

- Knowledge of Gujarati or other regional languages.
