About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and communication-focused Tele Sales & Marketing Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, understanding their requirements, promoting our products, generating sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate should be confident on phone calls, have good communication skills, and be comfortable working with sales targets.

Language Skills

- Knowledge of Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, or other regional languages will be an added advantage.
- Candidates who can communicate with customers in multiple languages will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and sales enquiries.
- Explain products, pricing, offers, and services clearly to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Follow up with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, enquiries, and sales.
- Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales, operations, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers until conversion.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and customer feedback to the reporting manager.




- Maintain professional and positive communication with customers at all times.

Required Skills

Qualification
- Minimum: Plus Two / Diploma / Any Degree.
- Freshers can apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.

Performance Expectations The selected candidate will be expected to:
- Make the required number of customer calls every day.
- Maintain proper lead and customer records.
- Follow up consistently with interested customers.
- Convert qualified leads into successful orders.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain good customer satisfaction and professional communication.

Compensation Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives

Additional incentives may be provided based on individual sales performance and achievement of targets.

Reports To: Team Leader / Sales Manager
