Role Description The Tele-Recruiter role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The Tele-Recruiter will engage with prospective students and candidates via phone calls, messages, and online platforms to introduce academy programs, clarify course details, and answer queries. Daily tasks include managing call lists, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and updating recruitment databases.

The role involves coordinating with the admissions and marketing teams, scheduling counseling or campus visits, and supporting enrollment processes.



The Tele-Recruiter is expected to meet recruitment targets, maintain a professional and courteous communication style, and represent the academy’s values in all interactions.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with clear and professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer proficiency, including use of spreadsheets, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
- Ability to handle high call volumes, manage leads systematically, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Customer service mindset, with active listening skills and the ability to explain programs and policies clearly.
- Organizational and time-management skills to prioritize calls, follow-ups, and reporting tasks.
- Previous experience in tele-calling, recruitment, admissions, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Comfort working in an on-site, target-oriented environment in Lucknow.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any field is an advantage.
