Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, handling enquiries, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide relevant information.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, appointments, and customer requests.
- Generate and qualify sales leads through telephone calls.
- Explain products, offers, services, and promotions to customers.
- Schedule appointments and test rides for interested customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Regularly follow up with customers to improve lead conversion.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for further customer handling.




- Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.

Requirements
- Plus Two / Diploma / Degree preferred.
- Freshers can apply; telecalling or sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam.
- Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
