Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries professionally.

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Explain our products/services clearly to customers.

Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.

Follow up with leads and potential customers by phone.

Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling.

Requirements

Good verbal communication skills.

Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.

Valuable listening and interpersonal skills.

Confident and positive attitude.

Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to maintain customer records and follow-up information.

Willingness to work towards targets.

Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, telesales or lead generation is preferred but not essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
