Purpose of the Role

1.Machine operator

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

- Monitoring the machine coolant, oil level and other machine parameter checking
- Arranging the instrument tools for parts measurement
- Tool Selection in machining centers / Grinding wheels selection for grinding operation
- Operate the machine as per CNC program
- Critical dimension checking and correction
- Trouble shooting of machine issues in CNC machine
- Load arrangement for next shift
- Follow up of TQM steps in machine
- Programming for all NPD components
