Role & Responsibilities

- Lead and build GenAI, LLM and Agentic AI solutions from problem definition through production.
- Design and implement RAG pipelines, AI agents, multi-step workflows and tool integrations.
- Work hands-on with Python, LangChain/LangGraph, MCP, FastAPI and REST APIs.
- Define technical design, architecture, integrations, data flows, security and deployment approach.
- Build critical modules, prototypes and reusable AI components.
- Lead code reviews, debugging, performance optimization and production troubleshooting.
- Guide AI/ML and backend engineers while continuing to contribute hands-on.
- Work with clients on technical discussions, solutioning and technical workshops.
- Support solution estimation, technical proposals and solution presentations.
- Ensure AI solutions meet requirements around security, governance, evaluation, observability, scalability and cost optimization.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 10-15 years of overall software engineering experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on AI/ML,



GenAI or related AI engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on Python development.
- Strong recent experience building GenAI/LLM applications.
- Strong experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering and tool/function calling.
- Hands-on experience with AI agents, multi-agent workflows, orchestration and state/memory management.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel or similar frameworks.
- Good understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Backend experience with FastAPI, Flask, Django or similar.
- Strong REST API, microservices and distributed-systems knowledge.
- Experience with Azure, AWS or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, mentoring and team collaboration skills.
- Candidates with enterprise AI, BFSI/regulated-domain or client-facing experience will be preferred.
- Candidate with Claude and Azure certifications will be strongly preferred.
