Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader (TL) for our Business Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) division.

The Team

Leader will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing a team of sales executives to achieve aggressive sales targets for business loans and LAP products. This role requires a strong understanding of the lending landscape, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales and team management within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Business Loan/LAP sales executives to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive business growth and market penetration.

- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and compliance.

- Monitor team performance daily, weekly, and monthly,



analyzing sales data and identifying areas for improvement.

- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and share best practices.

- Ensure all team members adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines related to lending products.

- Assist team members in complex deal closures, customer negotiations, and resolving customer queries or issues.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.

- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and recent product developments in the business loan and LAP segments.

- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.

- Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new sales talent for the team.
