Brocus IT Solutions is looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our International Voice Process team.

? Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage & motivate a team of customer service executives
- Monitor team performance and achieve process targets
- Track daily KPIs such as sales, quality, AHT, attendance & adherence
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Handle escalations and support agents in resolving customer concerns
- Ensure compliance with process and quality standards
- Coordinate with QA, Training & Operations teams
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly team performance reports
