- - LLB or equivalent law degree from a reputed institution.
- 6–8 years of legal experience, with at least 2 years in a team leadership position.
- Experience in paralegal services for personal injury cases
- Excellent communication, drafting, and legal research skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with legal tech platforms is a plus
- Ability to manage deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced setting
Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Supervision:
- - Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of legal associates working preferably on personal injury cases
- Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and ensure timely delivery of assignments with high quality.
- Provide training and continuous feedback to team members to enhance productivity and legal acumen.
- Act as the first point of escalation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in managing production trackers, reporting dashboards and governance decks
Paralegal Support (Personal Injury)
- - Provide paralegal-level understanding and support for matters related to personal injury law, as required by specific client needs
- Review relevant legal documents, assist in case preparation, and ensure compliance with applicable legal standards
Stakeholder Coordination:
- - Liaise with internal departments and external clients to ensure smooth operations
- Participate in client calls, provide updates, and resolve contract-related queries or issues
Process Improvement:
- - Identify opportunities for automation, template creation, and process enhancement within the projects
- Ensure documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories are always updated
