Team Leader / Assistant Manager-Peptide Characterization

Experience: 8-12 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform peptide and large molecule characterization using LC-HRMS and HPLC/UPLC.
- Operate and troubleshoot High-Resolution Mass Spectrometers for peptide analysis.
- Determine accurate molecular mass and confirm peptide identity.
- Perform intact mass analysis and peptide impurity profiling.
- Support peptide sequencing and structural characterization using MS/MS data.
- Perform peptide mapping and characterization of sequence-related impurities, where applicable.
- Develop and optimize LC-HRMS methods for peptide characterization.
- Perform sample preparation, chromatographic separation, data acquisition, processing, and interpretation.




- Evaluate purity, related substances, oxidation, deamidation, truncations, and other peptide modifications.
- Prepare analytical reports, spectra, chromatograms, and technical summaries.
- Support method validation/verification, system suitability, and analytical troubleshooting.
- Investigate OOS/OOT results and analytical discrepancies.
- Maintain instrument records, laboratory notebooks, and raw data in compliance with GMP/GLP and data integrity requirements.
