We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Telemarketing Team Lead to manage and motivate a team of telemarketing executives, drive lead conversions, and ensure achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise, and motivate the telemarketing team to achieve daily/monthly targets.

- Monitor calls, follow-ups, lead conversion, and team performance.

- Provide coaching and feedback to improve team productivity and customer handling.

- Handle escalated customer queries and support the team in closing leads.

- Maintain accurate reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.

- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Mandatory Requirements





- Excellent verbal communication skills – Tamil and English.

- 3+ years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, inside sales, or customer-facing roles.

- Prior experience in team handling/supervision.

- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

- Target-oriented with good follow-up and people-management skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
