We are looking for a passionate and energetic Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, including bulk hiring, building talent pipelines, and delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Drive bulk hiring and volume recruitment for operational and business-critical roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures.
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
- Review employment applications and support background verification activities.
- Coordinate onboarding activities,
including documentation and induction support.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure hiring records are up to date.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience in bulk hiring/volume hiring.
- MBA/BBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and social media hiring.
- Valuable understanding of interview and candidate assessment techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player.
