About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist – US Staffing with 2+ years of hands-on US Recruitment experience , with a strong preference for candidates who have experience working on

Direct Client requirements . In this role, you will take ownership of US recruitment requirements, build strong talent pipelines, engage qualified candidates, and drive the recruitment process from sourcing through successful placement.

This is a 100% remote position , with preference given to candidates based in Bhopal or those willing to relocate to Bhopal. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, comfortable working with US clients and candidates, and motivated by performance and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US Direct Client requirements .
- Understand job descriptions and client requirements to identify and attract qualified talent.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, Boolean search, and other sourcing channels .
- Screen and qualify candidates based on technical qualifications, experience, availability, location, compensation,



and work authorization.
- Drive candidates through the recruitment lifecycle: Submission → Interview → Offer → Joining .
- Recruit across Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Direct Hire requirements.
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with Account Managers, Business Development teams, clients, and

candidates.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity records in the ATS/CRM.
- Meet agreed submission, interview, placement, and productivity KPIs .
- Build robust candidate relationships and provide a professional candidate experience.
- Take ownership of assigned requirements and proactively communicate challenges, updates, and progress.

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of hands-on US Staffing / US Recruitment experience.
- Strong experience working on Direct Client requirements.
- Experience recruiting for US-based organizations and understanding the US staffing lifecycle.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and follow-up skills.




- Proficiency with LinkedIn, job portals, ATS/CRM systems, and Boolean search.
- Ability to understand and work with multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment.
- Comfortable working according to US business hours/time zones, as required.
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.

Good to Have

- MSP/VMS experience.
- Experience working directly with US hiring managers or clients.
- Existing US candidate network.
- Experience recruiting across multiple industries or skill sets.
- Consistent track record of successful placements.
