Manager - Talent Acquisition - 10+ Years - Mumbai We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to drive end-to-end hiring across India, with a solid focus on high-volume Plant / Manufacturing recruitment and onboarding. This role is ideal for HR professionals with strong experience in manufacturing hiring, recruitment closures, stakeholder management, sourcing strategy, recruitment vendors, and plant-level onboarding.

Location: Mumbai

Future Employer: A leading and well-established FMCG and manufacturing organisation with a strong pan-India presence and multiple plant operations. The organisation offers an opportunity to manage large-scale Talent Acquisition mandates, work closely with business and plant leadership, and build efficient recruitment processes and sourcing ecosystems.

Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition across India, with strong ownership of high-volume Plant / Manufacturing hiring from manpower requisition through sourcing, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Manage a large recruitment funnel and track CV sourcing, screening, interviews, closures, TAT, and CV-to-closure ratios to improve recruitment effectiveness.
- Own plant onboarding, ensuring smooth documentation, induction, joining formalities, and early-stage engagement of new hires.
- Build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders, recruitment agencies, vendors, and sourcing partners, while driving cost-control initiatives.
- Develop and improve TA processes, SOPs, sourcing practices, recruitment analytics, employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, internships, and Background Verification processes.





Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with significant exposure to Plant / Manufacturing HR and high-volume recruitment closures.
- Proven experience hiring across manufacturing / plant locations, with the ability to manage multiple positions and deliver closures within defined TAT.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment, sourcing channels, candidate psychology, onboarding, and recruitment metrics.
- Hands-on experience managing recruitment vendors / agencies, internal stakeholders, and large recruitment funnels, along with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Any Graduate with PGDBM / MBA in HR / Personnel Management, with experience in FMCG or other manufacturing industries preferred.

Important: The key requirement for this role is significant Plant / Manufacturing recruitment experience with proven high-volume closures. Candidates with primarily corporate, IT, or low-volume white-collar recruitment experience may not be suitable.
