Job Summary:The Productivity Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, support, and ongoing optimization of Greystar's enterprise productivity platforms, partnering with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, well-governed solutions that enable productive collaboration across a globally distributed organization.

Essential Responsibilities:1. Administers the Microsoft 365 productivity platform workplace, including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform, supporting day-to-day operations, configuration, and platform health.

- Designs, builds, and maintains SharePoint Online sites and pages, including site provisioning, permissions, navigation, metadata, and following established lifecycle governance standards.
- Leads SharePoint Online migration projects, coordinating with internal and external partners to ensure timely execution, including content inventory, permissions mapping, cutover coordination, and post-migration validation.
- Manages the enterprise productivity tools to support queue, triaging and prioritizing incoming requests and tickets across all supported platforms to ensure timely and consistent resolution.
- Serves as the Level 3 escalation point for productivity platform issues, partnering with Level 1 and Level 2 support to resolve complex incidents and escalating to the support vendor as needed.
- Performs root cause analysis on recurring or complex platform issues, identifying patterns and recommending corrective actions to improve platform stability and the team member experience.
- Develops and maintains internal documentation and end-user knowledge base content to support platform adoption and consistent service delivery.

Other Responsibilities:1. Completes various human resources, financial, administrative, and other reports and analysis, and performs other duties as assigned or as necessary.

- Participates in other projects and corporate initiatives as assigned.

- Follows established policies and procedures by monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and operational processes related to area(s) of responsibility and reporting violations or infractions to appropriate individual(s).
- Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with Company, property, and departmental policies, procedures, and standards by immediately reporting any mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions, employee/visitor/resident injuries or accidents, or other safety issues to appropriate individual(s).
- Identifies areas for improvement and offers suggestions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Keeps abreast of current changes in technology, processes, and standards within the industry and area(s) of responsibility by attending internal and external training classes, research and/or subscribing to the internet or other professional publications, or utilizing other appropriate method(s) to obtain business and professional information, and applies knowledge and practices to area(s) of responsibility.

Working Conditions:

- Incumbents work in an office environment.
- This position supports a globally distributed team and stakeholders primarily based in the United States. Work schedule must include a daily overlap with U.S. Eastern business hours sufficient to support queue handoffs, escalations, and collaboration with the broader Enterprise Productivity Systems Administration team.

Physical Demands:

- Incumbents must be able to view computer screens and other electronic equipment, paper reports, and journals for extended periods of time where visual strain may result.




- Incumbents must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to ten (10) pounds independently and twenty-five (25) pounds with assistance. Rare or occasional travel may be required to attend business meetings, training classes, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all the daily responsibilities of this position.

Required Licenses or Certifications:None required. Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or a minimum of five (5) years of related experience in lieu of a degree.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

- Deep knowledge of SharePoint Online administration, including site architecture, permissions management, content types, search configuration, and governance best practices.
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, OneDrive, and related productivity tools, with the ability to support and guide team members across the platform.
- Hands-on experience planning and executing SharePoint Online migrations, includingpermissions and metadata mapping, and post-migration validation.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex platform issues and translate business requirements into practical, well-configured solutions.
- Experience managing a high-volume support queue with strong triage and prioritization skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, audience-appropriate documentation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with team members and business stakeholders of diverse styles and backgrounds.

Important Note: Onlycandidates with a 30-day notice period or less are allowed. Shift Timing: 5:30 AMto 12:30 PM (Winters) / 6:30 AM to 1:30 PM (Summers)
