Role Overview
Join us in creating high-quality datasets to train LLM-based coding agents. You will contribute datasets and technical solutions aligned with your area of programming expertise.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of senior production software engineering experience.
- Solid expertise in Java, Go, PHP, or Rust;
experience with Dart, Scala, R, or Kotlin is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Python for scripting, tooling, testing, and validation.
- Strong Git skills and experience working with large open-source codebases.
- Strong understanding of software quality, testing, and code review.
Responsibilities
- Create and validate coding datasets for LLM-based coding agents.
- Implement and review features across relevant programming languages.
- Develop scripts, tools, and test suites using Python.
- Review code and ensure correctness, quality, and adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with technical teams and provide guidance where required.
Engagement & Work Details
- Engagement: Contract for 2 months
- Work Mode: Remote
- Nature of Work: Coding, code review, testing, validation, and dataset creation
- Focus: Programming-language-specific datasets and evaluation of LLM coding capabilities
