Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate with customers on order processing, dispatch planning, and delivery follow-ups, learning to build solid day-to-day client relationships
- Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to track shipments and resolve delivery issues, gaining hands-on exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations
- Support the sales team with quotations, order entries, invoices, and sample dispatches, learning the commercial side of polymer distribution
- Prepare sales MIS reports, stock status updates, and customer outstanding summaries, building strong data and reporting skills
- Maintain customer databases, order records, and follow-up schedules, taking growing ownership of process accuracy
- Coordinate with the accounts team on payment reconciliation and credit notes, picking up cross-functional finance exposure

Preferred candidate profile Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or Science, with a minimum of 4 years' experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or back-office support.
