We are looking for an experienced BDM with robust expertise in Educational ERP, ERP, SaaS, or Enterprise Software Sales to drive high-value business across the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close business opportunities for Educational ERP / SaaS solutions.
- Develop business through existing college, university, and educational institution networks.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Conduct client meetings, product demos, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers and institutional management.
- Maintain sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
- Travel extensively for client meetings and institutional visits.
Must-Have Skills
- 58 years of experience in ERP / Educational ERP / SaaS / Enterprise Software Sales.
- Strong B2B / Institutional Sales experience.
- Established connections with Colleges,
Universities, Educational Groups, or Government Education Institutions.
- Proven experience in high-value solution selling and deal closure.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- IT / Software / SaaS company experience is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Preferred Experience selling multi-module Educational ERP / SaaS solutions to large educational institutions with a proven record of high-value closures.
Not Suitable For
- FMCG, Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, Telecom, or similar non-software sales profiles without relevant IT/ERP/SaaS sales experience.
- Candidates without experience in institutional, enterprise, or B2B technology sales.
