iKawn is building what we believe can become the SEMrush of eCommerce signals .

Our vision is to create an intelligence layer that helps brands and retailers understand what customers are considering, trying, comparing, rejecting and ultimately buying across digital and physical commerce.

Our first product, iKawn Mirror , is a live AI-powered virtual try-on platform for fashion, wigs and adjacent retail categories. It serves as both a customer experience layer and an intent-capture system for merchants.

Over time, iKawn aims to transform these interactions into a proprietary commerce intelligence layer spanning purchase intent, product discovery, conversion behaviour and merchandising signals.

iKawn is incorporated in the United States and is a member of the NVIDIA Inception Program .

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Strategic Advisor & Angel Investor who can contribute meaningfully to the next stage of iKawn's growth.

This is not a conventional employment role or a passive advisory position.

We are looking for an experienced operator, founder, investor or industry leader who can bring a combination of:

- Strategic capital
- Enterprise relationships
- Retail, commerce or technology expertise
- Market access
- Fundraising and investor networks
- Experience scaling early-stage technology companies

Where You Can Add Value You may work closely with the founder on:
- Enterprise GTM and commercial strategy
- Retail, fashion and beauty partnerships
- Expansion across the US, UAE and India
- Strategic customer introductions




- Fundraising strategy and investor access
- Pricing and business model evolution
- Distribution partnerships
- Positioning iKawn as a commerce intelligence platform beyond virtual try-on

Who We're Looking For Strong candidates will typically have experience in one or more of the following:
- Retail, fashion, beauty or eCommerce
- AI / SaaS / enterprise technology
- Consumer internet
- Venture capital or angel investing
- Building or scaling startups
- Enterprise sales and partnerships
- Senior leadership or CXO roles

Previous founder, investor, CXO or senior operating experience is strongly preferred.
