Job Summary

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Shall report to Manager-stores.

- Shall keep all receipt and supply (issue) registers up to date.

- Shall keep adequate stock to meet hospital requirements.

- Shall receive the supply with proper memo, receipt etc.

- Shall ensure supplies are entered into the requisite books before it is open.

- Shall make issues against store requisition.

- Shall keep requisition items ready for delivery.

- Shall ensure counting of the items issued.

- Shall ensure the security of stores.

- Shall not allow entry to unauthorized persons.

- Any other work assigned by the Manager Purchase/Manager Stores.
