Role & responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the dark store and ensure smooth workflow.

- Supervise and manage store staff, pickers, packers and delivery operations.

- Monitor inbound, outbound, picking, packing and inventory activities.

- Ensure accurate inventory management and minimize stock discrepancies.

- Track orders, dispatches and TAT to ensure timely order fulfillment.

- Maintain store hygiene, safety and operational standards.

- Handle stock receiving, put-away, cycle counts and reconciliation.

- Monitor team attendance, productivity and performance.

- Coordinate with delivery, warehouse and operations teams for smooth execution.

- Identify operational issues and take quick corrective actions.

- Prepare and maintain daily operational reports and trackers.

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, processes and quality standards.
