Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth for NOVOGEN’s PCD Franchisee and Third-Party Manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop recent business opportunities through PCD franchise partners.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries for PCD Franchise.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients and business partners.
- Conduct regular follow-ups, negotiations and product promotions to clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business development goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, product selection, orders and dispatches.
- Maintain market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing and product demand.
- Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, leads and conversions.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate, preferably B.Pharma / M.Pharma / MBA (Sales & Marketing).
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical PCD Franchise sales.




- Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
