Role & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end sales hiring cycles — from sourcing to offer negotiation — for client sales teams across India.
- Partner with client hiring managers to deeply understand sales org structure, KPIs, and culture to identify ideal candidate profiles.
- Build and execute targeted outreach campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and talent mapping to source top performers.
- Conduct structured interviews and sales competency assessments to evaluate candidate fit, drive-to-close ability, and quota-carrying potential.
- Manage candidate experience with transparency and speed,



ensuring rapid placement cycles and seamless onboarding handoffs.
- Deliver weekly performance dashboards and hiring insights to clients, positioning yourself as a strategic talent advisor.

Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 6 years of experience in sales consulting and business intelligence.
- Sales driven approach to achieve min monthly revenue target.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize workload effectively.
- Consultative 1-1 selling approach.
- Have experience in catering HNI clients face to face.
