Insight Global is seeking a Senior Accountant, Revenue Operations & Accounts Receivable to join our Finance team. This role sits at the intersection of technical accounting and operational execution — supporting booking and baseline integrity, deal review, and the full order-to-cash cycle. The ideal candidate is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, CA, or CPA) with SaaS experience, strong Salesforce fluency, and the ability to work independently across cross-functional workflows.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting & Operations.

- Own the monthly and quarterly review of product booking transactions (PBTs) in Salesforce CPQ, validating ARR classification, booking amounts, and renewal baselines against executed order forms • Partner with GTM Systems and RevOps to maintain baseline accuracy, including win-back, debook/rebook, and multi-year deal structures • Conduct final deal reviews for EMEA, APAC, and North America transactions, ensuring Salesforce quote and order data reconcile to contractual terms, POs, and approval documentation • Conduct final deal reviews for EMEA, APAC, and North America transactions, ensuring Salesforce quote and order data reconcile to contractual terms, POs, and approval documentation • Conduct final deal reviews for EMEA, APAC, and North America transactions, ensuring Salesforce quote and order data reconcile to contractual terms, POs, and approval documentation • Provide ad hoc analysis on bookings, AR, and OTC exceptions for management and audit purposes

Skills and Requirements

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ICAI, CA, or equivalent) or US CPA required • 4–6 years of experience in revenue accounting,



billing operations, or revenue operations at a technology or SaaS company • Solid working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including CPQ quote and opportunity data structures • Solid understanding of ASC 606 / IFRS 15 revenue recognition principles • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced close environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, and Engineering • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and subscription billing workflows • Familiarity with Workday Financial Management (revenue module, EIB uploads, customer/contract setup) • Prior exposure to Deal Desk or order management functions • Experience supporting Big 4 or external audit processes
