JOB DETAILS

- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech - Metrology
- Experience: 5 Years in Quality Control / Metrology, preferably in ERW / CDW / Tube Mill
- Salary: Up to 10 LPA CTC
- Location: Sikandrabad, Uttar Pradesh

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage day-to-day Quality Control and Metrology activities
- Inspect raw materials, in-process production and finished ERW/CDW pipes
- Conduct dimensional inspection using precision measuring instruments
- Ensure calibration and maintenance of gauges and instruments
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality documentation
- Monitor rejection,



rework and quality improvement activities
- Ensure product quality as per customer specifications and applicable standards (API, ASTM, BIS, etc.)
- Identify defects, conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams to resolve quality issues
- Support internal, customer and third-party inspections and audits
- Ensure compliance with plant quality procedures and standards
