Position: Executive / Sr. Executive / AM MIS & Reconciliation

Job Location: Gurgaon

Required Experience: 3-6 years for Executive / Sr. Executive & 5-8 years for AM

Industry: Fintech

Role Overview The role involves preparing accurate MIS reports, performing account reconciliations, and ensuring timely submission of data for management review. The position demands robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large data sets. It requires close coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth reporting and reconciliation processes, supporting operational and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, compile, and analyze data for MIS reports.
- Prepare and update periodic reports for management decision-making.
- Perform reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance with reporting standards.




- Support process improvements and assist in automation where possible.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather and verify required information.
- Assist in audit requirements by providing necessary reports and documentation.

Performance Metrics / Success Criteria
- Accuracy and timeliness of MIS reporting.
- Number and quality of reconciliations completed without errors.
- Effective coordination and data management.
- Contribution towards process efficiency and reporting automation.
- Advance Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, COUNTIF etc), Micro

Preferred / Additional Skills

- Basic knowledge of Macros (VBA).
- Familiarity with accounting tools, preferably Tally ERP9.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Minimum Required Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.Com)

Preferred Qualification

- B.Com, B.A., or MBA in Finance / Accounting
