- Supervise loan processing, appraisal, disbursement, and recovery. [1]

- Track portfolio quality, monitor delinquency rates, and control defaults. [1, 2]

- Conduct random field visits and center meetings to evaluate borrower businesses. [1, 2]

Branch Operations and Administration

- Oversee daily office workflows, cash management, and financial records. [1, 2]

- Manage branch budgets, operational expenses, and logistics. [1, 2]

- Maintain safety, security, and professional standards at the branch. [1]

- Prepare and submit regular performance and audit reports to regional management

Team Leadership and Staff Development

- Lead, coach, and mentor loan officers and support staff.

- Delegate daily tasks and monitor field staff performance.





- Conduct capacity-building training and regular performance reviews. [1, 2, 3]

Business Growth and Client Relations

- Build solid ties with local community leaders and stakeholders.

- Drive client acquisition and promote microfinance savings and credit products.

- Resolve client queries and manage customer grievances effectively. [1, 2, 3]

Risk Control and Regulatory Compliance

- Enforce internal institutional policies and regional banking laws. [1, 2]

- Mitigate operational risks and address internal or external audit findings.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
