We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-oriented Social Media Specialist to strengthen our digital presence and engage our target audience across multiple channels.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Specialist with 2-3 years of experience in POS SaaS, SaaS, FinTech, B2B SaaS, Payments, Retail Tech, or Technology Product companies . The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving engagement, generating leads, and supporting marketing campaigns through strategic social media initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand, marketing, and business objectives.
- Manage and grow OneHubPOS's presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
- Create engaging content including social posts, carousels, videos, customer success stories, product updates, event promotions, and thought leadership content.
- Plan and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to promote campaigns, product launches, webinars, and industry events.
- Drive organic engagement and community building through timely responses and interactions.
- Monitor industry trends across POS, Retail Technology, FinTech, Payments, and SaaS sectors.
- Support employer branding initiatives and employee advocacy programs.




- Execute and optimize paid social campaigns, particularly LinkedIn campaigns, to drive awareness and lead generation.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
- Maintain brand consistency across all social media communications.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing.
- Experience working with POS SaaS, SaaS, FinTech, B2B SaaS, Payments, RetailTech, or Technology companies .
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing and B2B audience engagement.
- Excellent content writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools such as HubSpot, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or similar platforms.
- Experience analyzing social media metrics and campaign performance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a rapid-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience marketing POS solutions, payment systems, digital commerce platforms, or retail technology products.
- Knowledge of B2B demand generation and lead nurturing strategies.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid social channels.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital analytics.
