Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Social Media Marketing Manager with 3–5 years of experience to develop and execute social media strategies that strengthen brand presence, increase engagement, and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of major social media platforms, content strategy, paid campaigns, analytics, and current digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Manage day-to-day activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and other relevant channels.
- Create and manage monthly/weekly social media content calendars.
- Work closely with designers, content writers, video editors, and other marketing team members to produce engaging content.
- Develop creative concepts for posts, reels, videos, stories, campaigns, and other social media formats.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, audience behavior, and emerging platforms.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to achieve awareness, engagement, lead-generation, and conversion objectives.
- Track key performance indicators such as reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance using social media analytics and advertising platforms and provide actionable recommendations.
- Manage social media communities by responding to comments, messages, reviews, and audience interactions in line with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies/influencers when required.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities for improving brand visibility.
- Prepare regular social media performance reports and present insights to management.




- Ensure all content follows brand guidelines, communication standards, and platform best practices.
- Stay updated with changes to social media algorithms, advertising features, trends, and digital marketing tools.

Required Skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other major social platforms.
- Experience in social media strategy, content planning, community management, and campaign execution.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and preferably LinkedIn Ads/Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Excellent content planning, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop creative and engaging social media campaigns.
- Experience with social media scheduling and management tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, influencer marketing, email marketing, and broader digital marketing concepts is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
- Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling platforms.
- Experience working with influencers/creators and managing collaborations.
- Knowledge of short-form video content, especially Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
