Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the planning, creation, and publishing of content across various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting posts, assisting with graphic or video content briefs, scheduling content, monitoring comments and messages, and helping track performance metrics.

The intern will work closely with the marketing team to contribute ideas for campaigns, research trends, and help optimize content for different target audiences.



This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring collaborative work with the agency’s creative and digital marketing teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, including familiarity with major platforms and basic understanding of audience engagement.
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing, such as awareness of online campaigns, branding fundamentals, and basic analytics concepts.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear writing, skilled messaging, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and clients.
- Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva or similar), content scheduling tools, or social media analytics dashboards is beneficial.
- Ability to learn quickly, pay attention to detail, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, agency environment.
- Relevant coursework or ongoing studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields are preferred; prior internship or project experience in social media is an advantage.

Salary: 25000 -30000rs per month
