We’re looking for someone who wants to experience how social media marketing actually works, from ideas on a screen to content being shot, published, and turned into campaigns.

You’ll be part of shoots, brainstorm content ideas, assist with social media planning, research trends, understand brands, and work closely with a team that handles real businesses every day.

What you’ll get to do

- Join and assist on brand shoots
- Help plan social media calendars and content ideas
- Research trends, competitors, formats, and conversations online
- Brainstorm Reels, campaigns, stories, and social-first concepts
- Assist with captions, content planning, and campaign execution
- Coordinate with designers, editors, photographers, and account teams
- Understand how different brands require completely different marketing approaches
- Get hands-on exposure to agency life, clients, deadlines, shoots, and campaigns
