About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who can think beyond a single brand and is excited by the challenge of working across multiple brands and industries.

The role will involve working on the marketing and social media presence of GlitchOver, a gaming/creator-focused brand, along with two food brands. The ideal candidate should be comfortable switching between different audiences, brand personalities and marketing strategies while keeping each brand’s identity distinct.

If you’re someone who is always on social media, knows what’s trending, understands internet culture and enjoys experimenting with ideas, this role could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute marketing activities across multiple brands.
- Manage and grow social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and others.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral content, memes, formats and emerging platforms.
- Develop creative content ideas, campaigns and strategies based on each brand’s target audience.
- Work closely with designers, video editors and other team members to execute content.
- Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Coordinate campaigns, launches and other marketing initiatives.
- Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports/insights.
- Experiment with new marketing ideas and take ownership of projects from concept to execution.

What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media or digital marketing.




- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Ability to handle multiple brands simultaneously and adapt to different brand voices.
- Strong creative thinking and an eye for engaging content.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where things can change quickly.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to independently take ideas from “we should do this” to “it’s live.”
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Interest in gaming, streaming, creators or internet culture is highly preferred, especially for working on GlitchOver.

Bonus Points If You
- Actively follow gaming, Twitch, YouTube, esports or the creator economy.
- Understand gaming and streaming communities.
- Have worked with multiple brands or handled different social media accounts.
- Have experience with influencer marketing or creator collaborations.
- Can spot a trend before everyone starts copying it.
- Have a portfolio or examples of social media/content campaigns you’ve worked on.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
