Hungry Boo

Delhi

We’re Hiring a Social Media Innovator

We’re not looking for someone to simply manage HungryBoo’s Instagram account.

We’re looking for someone who wants to own HungryBoo’s entire social universe—and help build a brand that parents trust, children love and families want to be part of.

About HungryBoo

HungryBoo is a clean-food brand creating exciting, flavourful products for children and families. We combine the goodness of thoughtfully selected Indian grains and ingredients with global flavour adventures that make everyday meals and snack times more enjoyable.

Founded by Jayati, a parent of two, and Sapna, a UK-registered nutrition expert, HungryBoo brings together real parenting experience and professional nutrition expertise.

From pasta and sauces to baked snackables, our products are designed to deliver what children enjoy and what parents look for: great taste, quality ingredients and convenient food choices for up-to-date families.

Our positioning:

Clean Indian Goodness. Global Flavour Adventures.

Your Mission

Take complete ownership of HungryBoo’s social media presence—from strategy and storytelling to creators, campaigns, community and growth.

You will help transform HungryBoo from a growing food brand into a vibrant, recognisable and loved community for parents and children.

What You’ll Own

- Develop and execute HungryBoo’s social media and content strategy.
- Build a consistent content engine across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest and emerging platforms.
- Create engaging content formats that make people stop, watch, share, comment and buy.
- Turn HungryBoo’s products, ingredients, brand mission and customer stories into compelling social content.
- Conceptualise Reels, campaigns, recurring content properties, contests and community-led initiatives.
- Plan and manage the monthly content calendar.

- Write sharp captions, scripts, hooks, briefs and campaign copy.
- Identify relevant trends and adapt them creatively for the brand.
- Coordinate content shoots with designers, videographers, creators, parents and children.
- Build and manage HungryBoo’s creator, influencer and UGC ecosystem.
- Engage meaningfully with parents, customers and followers across social channels.
- Design initiatives that encourage families and children to participate in the brand.
- Support product launches, offers, collaborations, events and educational activities.
- Monitor performance across reach, engagement, community growth, traffic, leads and sales.
- Use data and insights to improve content and campaign performance.
- Experiment continuously, discontinue what does not work and scale what does.
- Bring proactive ideas to the table without waiting for a detailed brief.

Who We’re Looking For You are part strategist, part creator and part culture enthusiast.

You understand that

Content is more than posting.

Followers are not the same as a community.

Views do not always translate into impact.

You know how to turn attention into brand affinity, community participation, website traffic and business growth.

You are likely someone who regularly says:

“What if we tried this?”

—and then takes the initiative to make it happen.

Skills and Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in social media, content marketing, digital marketing or brand building.

- Demonstrated experience managing social media for consumer-facing brands.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest.
- Ability to conceptualise high-performing Reels, campaigns and content formats.
- Strong writing, communication and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to write engaging hooks, captions, video scripts and creator briefs.
- Understanding of platform trends, audience behaviour and content culture.
- Experience working with influencers, UGC creators and online communities.
- Ability to interpret social media analytics and convert insights into action.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for good design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and stakeholders.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media or a related field is preferred, but practical experience and a strong portfolio matter more.

What Will Give You an Advantage
- Experience with food, parenting, children’s products, D2C or lifestyle brands.
- Basic video shooting and editing skills.
- Experience building a brand’s social presence from an early stage.
- Understanding of social commerce and performance-led content.
- Experience developing community-led campaigns, contests or offline-to-online activations.
- A portfolio demonstrating original thinking, measurable growth or highly engaging content.

What Matters Most We are less interested in job titles and more interested in what you have built. Show us the accounts you have managed, the campaigns you are proud of, the ideas you initiated and the impact your work created.

If you want to build a social presence rather than merely maintain one, HungryBoo would love to hear from you.

HungryBoo needs its next big idea. Maybe it’s you. ??
