NurturingCubs is a rapid-growing digital marketing agency based in Adampur, Punjab, helping businesses across India, New Zealand and Australia grow online through Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing and Website Development. We work with clients across industries including restaurants, healthcare, education, and agricultural manufacturers and dealers.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Manager & Video Editor who can take complete ownership of our clients' social media presence, from planning content to creating it. This is a hands-on role that combines creative production with account management. You will be editing videos, designing creatives, planning content calendars and growing our clients' audiences across platforms.

This is not a strategy-only position. You will be personally producing the work.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management & Growth

- Manage and grow client social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars for multiple client accounts
- Track performance, engagement and follower growth, and report results to clients
- Stay current with trends, formats and platform changes

Video Editing

- Edit reels, short-form videos, promotional videos and advertisements
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions and effects
- Work with existing footage, stock content and AI tools to produce engaging videos
- Deliver content in the correct format and dimensions for each platform

Graphic Design

- Design social media creatives, posts, carousels, banners and promotional material
- Maintain brand consistency across each client's visual identity
- Create ad creatives to support paid campaigns

AI Tools





- Use AI tools for video generation, image creation, content ideas and creative production
- Write effective prompts to produce usable, brand-appropriate output
- Keep up with new AI tools and apply them to speed up production

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management, video editing and graphic design
- Strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or Final Cut Pro
- Strong design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
- Practical experience using AI tools for video, image and content creation
- Proven ability to grow social media accounts, with examples
- Ability to manage several client accounts and deadlines at the same time
- Good communication in Hindi and English
- A portfolio or showreel is mandatory. Applications without work samples will not be considered.

Good to Have

- Experience working with an agency or handling multiple clients
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience with YouTube channel growth and optimisation
