LMB Diamonds is a Jalandhar-based manufacturer and exporter of lab-grown and natural diamond gold jewellery, with its own manufacturing unit in Surat. Levante™ Milano, our Italian-heritage designer jewellery brand, sells in India and the USA.

The role

We are hiring an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to own our social presence end to end: strategy, content, paid ads and results. This is a lead role, not an internship.

What you'll do

- Build the social media strategy and monthly content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest
- Direct product shoots, reels and stories with photographers, models and editors, and keep the brand look premium and consistent
- Plan and run Meta and Google ad campaigns, covering targeting, budgets, A/B testing and cost per lead
- Set up and manage influencer and creator collaborations in India and the USA
- Grow followers, engagement and enquiries; handle DMs and comments and pass leads to the sales team
- Promote collection launches and client events
- Present a monthly report on reach, engagement, leads, ad spend and sales

What we're looking for

- 3+ years in social media marketing,



with at least 1 year leading brand accounts or campaigns
- Hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience with real budgets; Google Ads is a plus
- A solid eye for premium visuals, and working skill in Canva, CapCut or Premiere Pro, and AI content tools
- Excellent written English, plus Hindi and Punjabi for local campaigns
- Comfort with numbers: Meta insights, GA4 and simple Excel reports
