Role Description The Social Media Manager role at Bhawani Fitness is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi.

The Social Media

Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement, with a focus on wellness and fertility-related topics. Daily responsibilities include developing content calendars, drafting posts, coordinating visual assets, optimizing social media profiles and posts, and monitoring performance metrics.



The role also involves managing community interactions, responding to comments and messages, collaborating with the marketing and coaching teams for campaigns, and staying current on platform trends and best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand accounts.
- Content Strategy and Writing skills to plan and produce clear, engaging, and relevant social content.
- Excellent Communication skills for community engagement, internal collaboration, and clear reporting.
- Experience using social media analytics tools and translating insights into actionable improvements.
- Understanding of wellness, fitness, or women’s health domains is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
