About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, developing social media strategies, and growing brand presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective social media strategies for multiple brands.
- Manage daily content and social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to produce engaging content.
- Write creative captions, posts, hooks, and social media copy.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, audience behavior, and competitor activities.
- Increase engagement, followers, reach, and overall brand visibility.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotional activities.
- Track and analyze social media performance using relevant analytics tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and platform features.




- Handle client communication and understand their social media requirements when required.

Required Skills:

- 1–5 years of experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Excellent knowledge of social media trends and content strategies.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative thinking with an eye for engaging content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools is a plus.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising will be an added advantage.
