About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Social Media Content Writer who can create high-quality, engaging, and platform-specific content for multiple brands.

The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of dedicated experience in social media content writing and possess exceptional skills in scriptwriting, storytelling, research, hooks, copywriting, and content ideation.

This role requires someone who can go beyond basic captions and generic social media content. You should be capable of developing well-researched, structured, engaging, and high-standard scripts that hold audience attention and communicate the brand's message effectively.

This is a strictly on-site role with 6 working days per week. Work from home is not available.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of proven professional experience specifically in Social Media Content Writing.
- Candidates should have a strong portfolio demonstrating their social media writing and scriptwriting capabilities.
- Exceptional scriptwriting skills with the ability to produce highly structured, engaging, and well-researched scripts.
- Strong understanding of social media content formats, especially Reels and short-form video.
- Excellent command of written English, grammar, sentence structure, and vocabulary.
- Strong storytelling and narrative-building skills.
- Ability to write solid hooks that capture attention immediately.
- Ability to simplify complex subjects without compromising the quality or depth of the content.
- Strong research and fact-checking abilities.




- Ability to write for multiple brands with different tones and target audiences.
- Strong understanding of social media audiences and content consumption behaviour.
- Ability to generate original content ideas independently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to content quality.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple content requirements simultaneously.
- Ability to take feedback and improve content through multiple iterations.
- Experience in writing content that has generated strong reach, engagement, views, or audience retention will be an advantage.

You should understand that good social media writing is not simply about correct grammar. It is about capturing attention, creating curiosity, telling a story, communicating an idea clearly, maintaining audience retention, and ultimately driving action.

The candidate should be comfortable taking ownership of the writing process — from research and ideation → hook → structure → script/copy → revisions → final delivery.

Compensation₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience, writing ability, portfolio, and relevant expertise.
