- Independence & Confidence: Encourage the student's active participation and foster independent learning habits.
- Collaboration: Work closely with class teachers, coordinators, counselors, and parents to monitor progress and adapt support strategies.
- Core Attributes: Display high levels of patience, empathy, emotional sensitivity, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Desired Profile of the Candidate:

- Prior experience as a Shadow Teacher, English Teacher, Teaching Assistant, or Learning Support Assistant.
- Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills.
