Key Responsibilities

- Installation and commissioning of rice mill and food-processing machinery at customer sites.

- Attend customer complaints and provide timely technical support.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and machine-related issues.

- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.

- Conduct machine testing and ensure proper functioning after installation or repair.

- Read and understand mechanical drawings, machine layouts, and equipment manuals.

- Identify defective components and coordinate with the concerned department for replacement.

- Provide machine operation and basic maintenance training to customers/operators.

- Prepare service reports after completing site visits.

- Coordinate with the Service, Production,



Design, and Sales teams for technical issues.

- Maintain proper records of service calls, spare parts used, and pending complaints.

- Follow company safety procedures and customer-site safety requirements.

- Travel to customer locations across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and other states as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
